DESCRIPCIÓN

Pequeño pedestal de metal, con una base circular, que sostiene una pequeña bandera de la República Argentina, elaborada en un paño de tres franjas, la superior e inferior son de tono azul claro, mientras que la franja central es blanca con un sol central en ambas caras y está sujeta por medio de un lazo bicolor. En el anverso de la base, dispuesto de forma circular lleva inscrito: Cámara de diputados 4 de julio 1811 1955 Chile
